At Weave, Vinay sources and evaluates investment opportunities while partnering with portfolio companies on financial reporting and M&A strategy.
Vinay brings over a decade of investing experience at Q Investments, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, and the IFC’s Grassroots Business Fund. He also acquired and operated HRO Resources, an HR outsourcing provider eventually sold to a major national PEO.
Vinay holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School.

As an operator and repeat founder, Austin built Rev.com’s AI transcription business to $5M+ in revenue and launched two health tech startups through Y Combinator. Austin also brings investing experience from Comcast Ventures and Foundation Capital, along with a background in strategy consulting for Fortune 50 firms.
Austin holds an MBA from the Wharton School and undergraduate degrees in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering and Management Science from MIT.

Vishy brings venture capital experience from Citi Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Longworth Venture Partners, with expertise in AI, machine learning, analytics and enterprise software. As a seed-stage entrepreneur, he founded Whalelogix, an angel-backed retail personalization startup.
Vishy holds an M.Eng. in Computer Science and an S.B. in Cognitive Science from MIT, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the Wharton School.
